Good morning! It's Monday, and I'm facing down the challenges for this coming week. I've a knot in my stomach and a sniffle in my nose. I'm a touch concerned about presenting project concepts to European partner organisations in October, I have massive commitments to standing with Kenyan friends in difficult situations at this time and I think I've eaten some poor quality food lately - all these have possibly contributed to the knot. Hopefully, a good productive Monday will help settle me a bit for the rest of the week.
I love trying to make each blog post as different to the previous ones as possible. Today I bring you the first of several videos featuring the lovable John Ommani. This was taken during the Lewa Marathon in June which is run in a game park. Enjoy!
