Results-Based Management Planning is loved by some and probably not by some others. Last week, at a seminar called 'Animating the RBM planning model' (part of a larger workshop on monitoring, reporting and evaluation), someone dug up this video which came from a planning meeting in Tanzania [listen for the rain and chirping noises in the background - wonderful]:
